Monthly Access: Activation date will be established when activation code is loaded. Expiration date will be 12:01 a.m. on the same day of activation each month. Added features will adopt current activation date. Balance on account must have enough for monthly access and features by 12:01 a.m. of expiration date to avoid suspension. Balances are non-transferable or non-refundable.

Other Charges: Sufficient balance required for roaming, International calling and 411 calls. Calls are rated on a per minute basis. Partial minute calls will be rounded up to next minute.
